If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication and Knowledge in denial management and Process Improvement then this is the job for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION – AR CALLERS :

> Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
> Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
> Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
> Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
> Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
> Minimum 6 months to 8 years of work experience as an AR Caller in Revenue Cycle Management Process including AR Calling, Denial Management and Process Improvement.
> A brief understanding of the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
> Good communication skill with neutral accent.
> Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
> Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
